Working with Colleges and Universities

Does your higher education institution enroll international students who could benefit from ESL classes (grammar, speaking and listening, reading, presenting)? If so, contact Capital Region Language Center so we can learn more about your students’ needs.

TEACHING ENGLISH SINCE 2012

How It Works

Depending on your students’ needs, we can offer 1:1 or small group ESL classes. These classes can be taught onsite on your campus or virtually (synchronously). In the Capital Region, we have delivered a variety of different English-related educational services to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (ACPHS), State University of New York at Albany (SUNY Albany), and Union College.

Let’s meet to learn more about your students’ academic challenges.

Our Past or Current Work

We’ll update this space as we establish new partnerships.

Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute

We have helped RPI employees and students.

Union College

We have hosted ESL classes on Union’s Schenectady campus and worked one on one with some of Union’s multilingual learners.

Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences

SUNY Albany

We taught an ESL course in one of SUNY Albany’s residence halls many years ago!

If you are interested in a full-time intensive English as a Second Language Program, we recommend you contact SUNY Albany.

If you work for a local private school, college, or university, and would like ESL support for your students or employees, please fill out our contact form with a message about your interest. We are always glad to hear from you!
